Paul has spent the last 33 years sculpting the San Francisco and Oakland skylines with some of their most iconic development projects. Before founding Bayhill Ventures, he was Senior Managing Director for Hines, responsible for the development, acquisition, and marketing of commercial projects in the Western United States.
A few of his most notable development projects, all in San Francisco, include: Salesforce Tower, a 1.5 million-square-foot 61-story office building; the JP Morgan Chase Building, a 700,000-square-foot office building; 33 Tehama, a 35-story 403-unit multifamily building. Over his career, Paul has contributed to the development, acquisition, and disposition of more than 20 million square feet of commercial real estate. A LEED-Accredited Professional, Mr. Paradis advocates for thoughtful and sustainable design on his developments.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College in 1986 and serves on the UCSF Real Estate Advisory Board, Sugar Bowl Corporation board of directors, and the Transportation Management of Association of San Francisco (emeritus.)
